Nice hotel with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The staff was very kind to my elderly parents during our first visit. I highly recommend checking out the lovely bakery nearby. I'll be back for Christmas!

Thoroughly enjoyed polite service.
The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were courteous. The room was beautiful and absolutely perfect and featured a safe box, central heating and an iron. Kitchenette was a big plus. It offered us great and amazing location right next to a train station. The hotel was next to a gallery and an opera house.

Plus points : (1) The availability of a pc at the lounge with printer attached was particularly useful. (2) The coffee/tea making facility at the lobby lounge. (3) a female staff at the reception was particularly helpful; unfortunately we didn't take down her name. (4) The location is also great in terms of getting around and easy access to food outlets.
Negative points : The condition of the curtains, iron & ironing board in the room badly needs improvement.

The room was new-fashioned and soundproof, it had a dishwasher, a refrigerator and an electric kettle. I loved sleeping on an exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff was VERY NICE, excellent with every request.

Great location, walking distance from the Louvre and everything around it. For things further away, convenient subway stop at the corner. Spacious room, quiet, clean, great value for the money you pay.

The massive apartment was perfect for our large family, and the location was an absolute win. We loved the free coffee and water machine in the lobby, and catching a flick at the Grand Rex cinema was a highlight of our trip.
The door sensors seemed faulty and closed unexpectedly, which isn't ideal for families with kids.

Just its location, close to subway and restaurants.
I was forced to pay to bill in the check-in and not in the checkout, not to mention the receptionist was very careless, to say the least; my family had had their flight cancelled by the airline company and thus arrived a day later but we had warned the Hotel. The first thing that he said was that the Hotel had nothing to do with this. Moreover, the room was very small and uncomfortable.

The apartment was spacious with a comfortable sofa bed and lots of natural light. Kitchen had a fridge, microwave, and kettle, made self-catering easy. The coffee machine in the lobby was a great perk, and the fitness center added to the convenience. Staff was friendly and even let us check in early!
